✨ Changes in the teaching team

Our teaching director, Mylène Philippon, retired at the end of this first school year. We warmly thank her for her commitment to the birth of the school.
We are also pleased to announce that we have found her successor:

✔️ Perfectly bilingual French-English
✔️ Experienced in management functions
✔️ Trained in educational inclusion
✔️ Specialized in supporting children with special needs

Her arrival constitutes a real opportunity to consolidate and develop our educational project.

🍃 What about the 2026 school year?

Many families are currently asking us about the school opening in September 2026. Our aim is clear: to continue the journey and welcome children for the upcoming school year. However, like many young independent organizations, we still need to overcome a significant financial hurdle before we make this firm commitment. We will announce this final decision by the end of July.

🌿 A new milestone for our project!

The start of the 2026 school year will also mark the beginning of a significant new phase for our school, thanks to our partnership with Ernst Zürcher—a researcher renowned for his work on the rhythms of life and the profound connections between humans and nature.
Inspired by his vision, we will gradually develop workshops, experiments, and projects that allow children to explore natural cycles, the forest, the seasons, the rhythms of living things, and the interconnections linking all forms of life.
More than just a program of activities, this approach will enrich one of our school’s founding convictions: learning to grow in connection with nature, cultivating a sense of wonder, honing observational skills, and rediscovering our place within the natural world.
It is a wonderful opportunity to continue evolving our educational project while remaining true to the values that have guided us since the school first opened. 🌳✨

🌱 Pre-enrollment for 2026–2027 is now open

As we actively work towards opening the school for the upcoming academic year, we continue to welcome inquiries and pre-enrollment requests from families interested in our project.
Several families have already placed their trust in us for September 2026, and we thank them warmly.
If you would like to join the *Mon École dans les Collines* journey, learn more about our educational approach, or speak with our team, please do not hesitate to contact us.
📩 Pre-enrollment is open now.

💚 Thank you for your support
We sincerely thank all the families, volunteers, partners, and supporters of the school.
